Our Mission
Victory Baptist Church is a small, friendly family of Christians that seek to honor God and His Word in everything that we do.
Our goal is True Worship. Worship is not just something we do on Sunday mornings, but it is a lifestyle that we live every day.
"God is a Spirit, and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” – John 4:24
Everything we do at Victory Baptist Church is centered around worshipping God in spirit and in truth. Whether it's through our music, our preaching, our fellowship... Our goal is to enable and grow each other in our worship of God in everything we do, day by day. And we believe that gives us great purpose in life.
We would love to have you join us for a service. We are a small church, but we are a family and we would love to have you be a part of it.

What We Believe
At Victory Baptist Church, we are committed to the authority of God's Word and the centrality of Jesus Christ in all we do. We believe:
- The Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God, serving as our ultimate guide for faith and practice.
- God exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—equal in power and glory.
- Jesus Christ, God's Son, was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died for our sins, and rose again, offering salvation to all who believe.
- Salvation is a gift of God's grace, received through faith in Jesus Christ alone, not by works.
- The Church is a local assembly of baptized believers, called to worship God, edify one another, and proclaim the Gospel to the world.
We strive to live out these truths daily, growing together in faith and love.

Statement of Faith
Our Pastor
Pastor Mat Dvorachek serves as the pastor of Victory Baptist Church in Oshkosh, Wisconsin with his wife Andrea. With a heart for Christ and a deep love for God's Word, Pastor Dvorachek’s ministry is centered around teaching Scripture faithfully and helping the congregation grow in their relationship with Jesus.
Through expository preaching, he seeks to make the Bible accessible and applicable to everyday life, always pointing to the glory of God and the transforming power of the Gospel. His desire is for the church to grow in their faith, live out their relationship with Jesus, and share the hope of the Gospel with others.
Pastor Dvorachek's aim is to see every member of Victory Baptist Church know Christ more deeply, walk in obedience, and live out the Gospel in their everyday lives.
